Not-For-Profit Funding and Partnerships
Do you offer donations?

The University Co-op is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization benefitting the current students, faculty, and staff of the University of Texas at Austin, and as such, we limit our giving to directly support those beneficiaries. Donations can be requested here.

Do you offer Texas Exes discounts or chapter discounts?

We provide a 5% discount for texas exes life members. We also extend an additional discount for select chapter fundraiser needs. Chapter leaders, click here to request your chapter fundraiser discount.

Online Orders
How can I change my order?

Email our team at weborder@universitycoop.com. We can make changes to orders as long as they haven’t shipped.

How fast will my order be ready for pick up in store?

Orders are usually ready for pick up within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready for pick up.

Where do I pick up my order if I selected in store pick up at check out?

Orders to be picked up in store are available on the Academic Floor of the Austin location. Stairs and elevator will be available for use to the Academic Floor.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

Can I use more than one coupon or promo code?

No, only one coupon or promo code may be used per order. Coupon codes may not be combined with any other promotion or discount.

Only one coupon or discount may be used per transaction. Coupons may not be applied towards sale or promotion items unless specifically noted in the coupon details. Coupons will expire 11:59pm CST on the expiration date stated on the coupon or promotion. The following items are NOT eligible for coupons or promotions unless otherwise specified in the terms of the coupon.

    Shipping promotion terms:

    Shipping promotions are only eligible within the contiguous 48 states. The following items are not eligible for any free or discounted shipping promotions:

    • Drop-shipped items
    • Special-order items
    • Oversized items that have a special shipping surcharge affiliated with them
    • Diploma frames

    Where do I submit my textbook adoptions for the upcoming semester?

    Textbook adoptions can be submitted via email to textbooks@universitycoop.com, via phone at 800-255-1896 option 3, or in person on the Academic Floor of the Austin store. For more information about textbook adoptions, visit our adoptions page.
